Mini Pies with Onion and Zucchini

For 12 mini pies:

Dough:

mix 100g white flour and 1/2 ts of salt in a bowl, cut 50g butter into cubes and mix them into the flour with finger until everything becomes like bread crumbs, add in some water, a little at a time, keep mixing until you have a solid dough

roll the dough out into a thin layer, use a round form or just a glass to cut out circles, gently press the circles into muffin forms so that they fit properly

Filling:

cut half an onion into small pieces, then cut the same amount of zucchini also into small pieces, mix them together with 1 egg, 1 dl of cream (20% fat) and ca. 50g of grated cheese, add in some salt, cayenne pepper and some nutmeg

distribute the filling into the pie crusts, put the muffin forms into 180C preheated oven and let them bake for ca. 25min until the crusts are lightly golden
