Oatmeal Cookies with Coconut and Raisin

For ca. 16 cookies:

in a bowl mix 40g coconut cream, 10g butter, 40g sugar and an egg, when well mixed, add in 50g white flour, 1/2 ts salt and 1/2 ts baking powder, mix until it gets an even consistency

add to the mix 2 tbs of grated coconut, 2 tbs of sesame, ca. 100g of raisins and 150g oatmeal, mix them well together, so that the dry ingredients stick together

use a spoon to distribute the dough onto a oven plate with baking paper, flatten the cookies slightly and shape them into desired size  (try to not leave any raisin alone on the top or at the edge of the cookies, they get burnt easily)

bake the cookies in a 180C preheated oven for 15min til the edge of the bottom becomes slightly golden

put them on a rack to cool down before serving
