Fig Slider

For 6-8 burgers:

boil 400g of chickpeas and 200g of green peas, drain the water, then mash them in a mixing bowl, add in ca. 2ts of rosemary, 2tbs of sour cream (or cream or coconut cream), 3-4 minced figs, and salt to taste, mix well, at last add in 2 pinches of normal flour

make the mash into desired burger size and fry them in a pan (be generous about the frying oil and don’t use too high heat, peas get burnt fast)

the burgers go very well with aioli, the sliders can be served with some pan fried vegetables (zucchini, carrots and onions),  salad (paprika, iceberg salad…) and some Parmesan
