Peel some sweet potatoes, and cut them into sticks, slightly larger than your avarage french fries.
In a bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with olive oil, cinammon powder and some chili powder.
Put them in an oven plate covered with baking paper (preferably do not layer the chips). Stick this in a 190C preheated oven for around 25 minutes. You know they are baked when you can easily slide a fork through them. (If you want to have crunchier or slightly brunt edges, turn oven up to just ovre 200C towards the end of the baking period.)
Take them out onto a serving plate and drizzle liquid honey over them. You can also decorate them with sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
